Hello @luciandf,

First note that Rackslab does not distribute Slurm packages in its repositories. You have to install from external repos and build Slurm packages on your own.

Then, please beware that Slurm and slurmrestd don't really support el10 at this time: it depends on http-parser-devel which is not maintained anymore and is not available on el10, see this bug for reference: https://support.schedmd.com/show_bug.cgi?id=21801. SchedMD/Nvidia has some work to do to drop this dependency.

You can install Slurm-web on el10 (eg. Rocky Linux 10) but you have to install slurmrestd on a separate host with another distribution.
