Update testcases to work for Windows + write them in pytest

I was looking though the testcases and all of them uses linux commands which is ironic since this library is designed for Windows.
They should all be converted to work in Windows + while at it fixed so they work in Pytest.
And there are also a lot of PEP8 errors that needs to be cleaned up.
