Marginalia annotations with long scrolled prompt #486
Description
When the prompt is scrolled candidates get padding added to display correctly, the annotations are added before which causes the alignment to be off in this case. Maybe adding the padding before would help? But maybe the actual redisplay needs to happen before the alignment works?
