App graph shows no link to resource referenced as property instead of a connection #208

Steps to reproduce
Deploy the app.bicep from resource-type-contrib
Here secretName is referenced as a property of postgresql and not as a connection.
Observed behavior
There is no link between postgresql resource and secret resource
Desired behavior
Both the resource should be linked with dotted lines
