Overview of roadmap item

Store Resource Types, Environments, and Recipe Packs in a git repo.

We will build a version of Radius that is centered on a GitHub repository and easily runs as a GitHub Action. This Repo Radius will have its configuration and application graph stored within the repo itself. We won’t lose sight of our long-term vision—to build a multi-tenant application control plane for cloud-native applications. Getting there, in the short term, requires we build this repository specific version of Radius.
