Automatic setup of Radius Resource Types, Recipes, Applications

Overview of roadmap item

We will make it trivial for developers to adopt Radius for their existing applications and new applications. Radius will remove the need to define Resource Types and Recipes up front. Rather, it will create Resource Types based on understanding of the application's codebase (e.g., the existence of a PostgreSQL library) and create Recipes based on either authoritative sources, such as Azure Verified Modules, or internal sources of Terraform modules or Bicep templates. Radius will use these Resource Types and its understanding of the code repo to model the application and generate a rich application definition.
