Does Radix Ui pass WCAG 2.1 AA compliance?

I was wondering if Radix Ui is compliant with WCAG 2.1 standards?
Our team is looking at using it for an app that needs full compliance as it has to adhere to 508 compliance standards in very strict manner.
I was looking at an issue here: #2232 which didn't have an answer. If anyone has able to give me some guidance on this, that would be appreciated.
