Support orientation property for Menubar #3762

Overview
Currently Menubar component only supports horizontal, do we have plan to support orientation property to allow vertical display?
Examples in other libraries
Base UI has already supported this property: https://base-ui.com/react/components/menubar#Menubar-orientation
Who does this impact? Who is this for?
For some scenarios, user may place the menubar on the left/right which requires vertical display, it will make Menubar more user-firendly.
