No Navigation Menu Component?

I was wondering why y'all chose to exclude te Navigation Menu primitive from the Themes release? I am trying Radix Themes out by rebuilding an existing page and was just curious as to the intent.

Just time constraints—Navigation Menus vary quite a bit and we had to make a release at some point 🙂
We’ll release more components over time.
