In the past sprint, we completed the following deliverables:
Delivered Application Health Monitoring Deliverable 1.2: Dashboards, KPIs, and Uptime Visibility—equipping the team with clear, actionable insights into system health and performance.
Delivered FRA MVP Deliverable 2.2: FRA-Specific Parsing Logic—enabling users to upload and validate FRA data via CSV or XLSX with clear, actionable error messages during the parsing process. This included a modular parser design and a proof-of-concept for scaling across data types.
Delivered Regional Staff TDP Access & Onboarding Deliverable 1.2: Frontend Enforcement of Permissions—ensuring regional users can access only the submission history relevant to their STTs, while restricting upload/download capabilities to align with their roles.
Other Highlights
During this sprint, the team focused on enhancing the functionality of the FRA report interface, improving user interaction, and ensuring data security. Other highlights included:
FRA Reporting Requirements MVP:
Ensured users have clear, accurate, and consistent guidance on submission workflows and error reporting.
Enhanced the parsing engine’s abstraction.
Ensured a seamless and consistent user experience across TDP and the Knowledge Center.
Application Health Monitoring:
Enhanced traceability, security, and debugging by ensuring that each datafile submission generates a dedicated log file.
Operations &. Maintenance:
Helped to prevent STTs from submitting data to the wrong period, reducing errors.

FRA Reporting Requirements MVP | ON TRACK | Progress: 70% | Estimated Completion Date: May 6, 2025
Note: There are a number of tickets that need to be merged by April 9 to support early access testing. These tickets are: #3419, #3477, and #3522. We appreciate your attention to this matter.
Regional Staff TDP Access & Onboarding | ON TRACK | Progress: 47% | Estimated Completion Date: November 4, 2025
Note: Estimated completion date for training and initial office hours session was previously May 6th. However, with the inclusion of user research on the onboarding experience of regional staff, this elongates the timeline.
Application Health Monitoring | NEEDS ATTENTION | Progress: 56% | Estimated Completion Date: July 29, 2025
Potential Risk: Decommissioning Kibana/ElasticSearch (#3363) is in QASP review. Multiple tickets (such as #3472 and #3529) are delayed due it's blocking nature.
Enabling Secure Data Access for DIGIT in Grafana | ON TRACK | Progress: 5% | Estimated Completion Date: July 15, 2025
Note: This epic encapsulates new work and has not yet been finalized, as there are additional items that may impact scope. Thus, timelines and progress percentage are subject to change.
