Background

Following recruitment and scheduling, the UX team will conduct research sessions with STT staff to better understand current TANF data reporting workflows, technical requirements, and challenges that should be considered in the FTANF replacement.

Why It Matters

Insights from these sessions will help inform requirements and design considerations for the FTANF replacement, ensuring the future system supports STT workflows and technical needs.

What's Changing

The UX team will facilitate 60-minute sessions with participants to discuss current reporting processes, technical environments, and key needs or constraints that should be considered in the FTANF replacement.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Research sessions are conducted with participants
  • Sessions follow the approved research protocol
  • Notes are captured for each session
  • Participant tracker updated to reflect completed sessions
  • Recordings stored in approved and secure location until synthesis is complete
