Hide the Program Integrity Audit file type option for tribe locations

Background

As discussed during the 3/18/2026 IPT/Demo, the Program Integrity Audit file type option should not be visible to tribe locations.

• Create a condition on the "Program Integrity Audit" file type option on the TANF Data Files page that hides the option when a tribal location type is selected
• Testing Checklist has been run and all tests pass
• README is updated, if necessary
• Release digest has been updated with testing steps & relevant media
