Add 2D MSFR GeN-Foam pumpPowerVariation Template case in the `examples`

There are several several variations of the 2D MSFR case from GeN-Foam tutorials. For each variation, a template is needed with proper structure of directories. At first we are going to add pumpPowerVariation case set.
