fused-ssim installation fail

I am struggling with GSPLAT installation on windows 11 , but because the wheel i am using has wrong dependencies for fused-bilagrid and fused-ssim I am trying to fix the 2 issues.

I tried to fix the issue in the pip install -r .\requirements.txt for fused-bilagrid and I suceeded (I am explaining it here nerfstudio-project/gsplat#812 (comment) )

however, I did the same tweak for fused-ssim and I have used you alternative dependencie from your github.
but It failes.
I am running conda 12.4 (see below)
