Onboarder should get chain name and token name from server #7
Description
Currently the onboarding script has hardcoded string like Kovan Eth and WorkshopToken. This should be changed to automatically show the right thing for the token provided by the onboarding server.
The advantage is then that we don't need to update the onboarder client for every workshop.
