RFC: Integration with `next_rails` gem?

Context

RailsBump uses different strategies to check for compatibility of a gem with a Rails version.

Idea

Would it make sense to add a new check to RailsBump that uses next_rails? Not sure if it would be redundant or a good idea. So I'm opening this issue to collect ideas/feedback.
