MT940/ MT942 end of life

The MT940/MT942 file formats will reach end of life on 11.2025
https://www.ebics.de/de/datenformate/format-lifecycle

The file be replaced with iso-20022 format.

The MT942 format is currently the only way to access information for future statements.

@janz93 Hi, I just noticed this issue and looked into how we can switch to camt53 and had this observation.

1. The statement format e.g. camt53 or mt940 is set at account level.
2. The default is set to mt940.
3. I cannot find an occasion where statements_format is actually set (for example in the POST request when an account is created).

I think at the moment it's always mt940. You think this observation is correct or am I missing someting 🤔
