Suggestions for optimizing the detection of updates and page loading

Hello, for the GitHub Store project, is it possible to add a detection update for this application on the settings page, so that updates can be quickly detected without having to frequently go to the GitHub application to find the resource code location of this repository to view updates. In addition, after switching the node and network environment, it was found that the page loading was somewhat slow. Can this be optimized? In addition, if Google or other translation APIs can be introduced to assist with content translation, the user experience will be better. Thank you.

By the way, I couldn't see any apps in the installed apps section, I initially thought it was because I didn't have the relevant permissions, I went to the mobile system settings and found that this application has no permission request, so it cannot read the local machine. I hope to add a permission to read the list of applications, so that I can read the installed applications for updates.

@TLV-UI GitHub Store tracks updates for the apps that was installed by it, but things like import / track updates for all apps is not yet available in GitHub Store.
