Issue with Video Recording Using start_video_recording and stop_video_recording Functions #624

First of all, I want to say that your work is truly impressive.
However, I encountered an issue while using the start_video_recording and stop_video_recording functions to record simulation videos. Although the video file is successfully generated in the target directory, it cannot be opened with Microsoft's built-in video player. The player displays an error message: "Cannot open xx.mp4. It uses unsupported encoding settings."
Do you have any solutions for this issue? I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Apologies for disturbing you during your busy schedule, and I look forward to hearing from you.
