Richt-Text-Editor in INCIDENT summary and MAINTENANCE summary

I would like to have a rich-text editor in the incident summary and maintenance summary.
How can this be implemented, or where can I extend it?
Can someone help me or include it in the next version?

It is possible to get the maintenance message from sharepoint to kener over the API?
Or an Incident here on kener will create automatically a Jira-Ticket in Atlassian?

In trigger of webhook, you can add api of atlassian, this will trigger when incident happens in kener.
