Hide the Maintenance/Incidents after done

Is there a way to hide a maintenance task after it’s completed on the main site?
I don’t want to delete it, since I’d like to keep the maintenance history visible for the current month.
Right now, it seems like deletion is the only option, but that clears the entry from the “Browse Events” list, which isn’t ideal.

Could the same apply to incidents as well?
I’d prefer not to delete those either, as I want to keep a full history on the monitoring page.
