Copy metadata from one DOI to another

Process for copying the metadata from one DOI to another.

ideally this should copy from the test service to production service too, i.e.

TEST1DOI -> TEST2DOI
TEST1DOI -> PROD1DOI

Many DOIs have almost identical metadata
