How to make a new release of SIFDecode

1. Check out the branch master:

git checkout master
git pull

2. Update the version number in:

• meson.build
• src/decode/sifdecode.f90 (line 28)
• version

3. Commit the changes to master:

git commit -am "Release X.Y.Z"
git push

4. Create a new tag on master and push it:

git tag vX.Y.Z
git push --tags

5. CI will automatically create a new release with precompiled artifacts (this will take some time).

6. Edit the newly created release on GitHub and add a description of the changes.
