Error connecting to tornadows from different machines

Hello,
Thanks for the great work.I have been using PHP Soapclient class to connect to the tornadows server on the same machine and that is working fine,but when I try to access the server from a different client machine with the PHP Soapclient it does not connect. 

I am using linux environments and disabled for firewall to test this.

Please give me a help in this issue.
