Add support for installing .deb / .rpm files into containers via double-click

DistroShelf currently doesn't handle .deb or .rpm files when they are opened via double-click in file manager. It will be great if you add support for opening these file types to allow users to launch DistroShelf and choose a container into which the package should be installed.

it's a cool idea! I'm worried it may conflict with the native handler provided by the pre-installed Software Center.

It's not a problem for immutable distros that cannot install .rpm files, but it may be a problem if you install DistroShelf on e.g. fedora

Not sure if this is possible, but it could either be disabled by default or just optional without overriding the default.
