Consider migrate nvim-lspconfig to the new "API"

Now nvim-lspconfig is deprecating the "framework" API, but the plugin with config lspconfig uses the deprecated ones.

So in the future, it is required to migrate.

Thanks you for your note!
Been meaning to for a while, but also waiting for 0.12 which allows dynamic config for features/capabilities,
so that I can do one big protocol rewrite in one go
