Something may be wrong with the coefficients of the fourth-order second-derivative variable-coefficient operator of Mattsson2012

Found while checking energy conservation in https://github.com/NumericalMathematics/DispersiveShallowWater.jl/pull/205 - needs to be debugged. The second- and sixth-order versions are fine.
