After I've setup my client ID and secret, how do I configure Jellyfin to see the media?

I have setup my ID and secret inside of the container, but after putting in the access token it seemingly does nothing (maybe because my Google Drive library is very large and it takes time to cache it). When I access the web interface of Jellyfin after this, how do I configure it to see my drive media?
