svgo reduces file size of world-states.svg by ~400kb

this project wasn't exactly what i was looking for, but i ran world-state.svg through svgo (via https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/) and it really reduced the file size.  not sure if the result is still usable for the lib, but figured i'd pass it along.
