Yep, that's actually what bytes = [ 23 ] stands for. It basically aliases ctrl + backspace to ctrl + w. I also use other programs that have ctrl-w delete the word so it's pretty nice

coolio! in the future i want to make this api more simple than bytes, and use something like esc string
