This release incorporates OpenSSH 10.2p1 into HPN-SSH. No new HPN-SSH specific functionality has included in this release.

IF you are using the fedora packages there was an issue in the more recent releases that could, in some situation, cause selinux to kill incoming hpnssh connections. This has been fixed as of 5 minutes ago and I'm generating new builds now.
