[Feature Request]: Add a dark mode theme to the documentation or make the text more readable

Overview

I find the documentation hard to read. I'm not sure why it appears like this in my browser, I don't have dark mode enabled. But the text is completely invisible.

There needs to be a mode switcher to change the documentation theme or, just make the text more readable, Thanks.
