wlan and bt disappear after apt upgrade from 6.12.25+rpt-rpi-v8 to 6.12.34+rpt-rpi-v8

I flashed a RPI Zero 2W with the 6.12.25+rpt-rpi-v8 headless image. After first boot, WiFi and BT worked fine. I then did an apt upgrade and let it update itself.

After the update, neither BT nor WiFi work. In fact, the entire brcm startup was missing from dmesg.

After about 100 seconds, there were repeated prints indicating that task vchiq-keep/0:80 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
