Raberry pi 4b - USB 3.0 issues

All (i own three usb 3.0 devices) - USB 3.0 devices connected to USB3.0 rasberry pi ports are detected as USB 2.0

i have 2 USB 3.0 devices connected to USB 3.0 ports of rasberry pi 4b. Both of them all detected as USB 2.0

The main issue is that i switch to nvme enclosure with disk with my rootfs and want to use higher USB 3.0 speed. Check the cables, power soruces, power limitation per USB Ports. This is not the bottle neck.
