Incorrect signature of hardware_alarm_get_irq_num #1851
Description
Noted from #1786 which displays a valid warning due to the bug
This was a copy/paste error from timer_hardware_alarm_get_irq_num
Also fixed the TIMER_ALARM_IRQ_NUM macro to be responsible for eating the unused parameter
