Update USB topology monitoring and WebUI enhancements

- Introduced a new device status UI in the WebUI, leveraging USB topology for improved visibility.
- Expanded the device data structure to include additional fields for USB nodes, such as port count and placeholder status.
- Enhanced the topology snapshot functionality to support enriched provisioning state updates.
- Implemented logic to coalesce USB root hubs and improve the display of connected devices in the UI.
- Added new CSS styles for better visual representation of device states and model generation badges.
