Support for encrypted parquet files

It currently fails with a bad error:

This was tested with:
https://github.com/apache/parquet-testing/blob/master/data/encrypt_columns_plaintext_footer.parquet.encrypted

By removing the .encrypted extension to bypass the test check for extension.
