I have similar errors at the end of my compilation process, did you get this resolved by any chance?

open the file './build.sh' in your ORB_SLAM2, delete the '-j' in the line 7, 16, 31, or you can just change these lines into 'make -j2'. This error is mainly caused by your limited computer performance.
