I'm loving the idea of being able to save the chat history, and it feels like it's just one step away from implementing a long term memory for codecompanion. I haven't got any concrete plans yet, but I've got some initial ideas that we can try:
dir_to_save
as an ordinary directory and vectorise the full chat files;Regardless of which method we choose, we should probably make sure that the working directory is in the metadata too, because it'll be related to which project the chat is about.
I'm personally leaning toward 2, but I'm also open to suggestions and ideas!
