Unable to load chat from history after adapter name change - prompt for adapter choice?

It took me a while to figure out why I wasn't able to restore a chat history, and the reason was that I no longer had an adapter that matched the one used in the saved chat.

Would it make sense to open the codecompanion adapter choice menu if the adapter from the chat history doesn't exist? Or perhaps prompt the user to rename the adapter used in the history? Either definitely would be useful!

As an alternative, it would make sense to catch this scenario and have a proper error message, instead of:

Definitely showing a model picker seems the right way. Will fix this.

Awesome, much appreciated! I think you may have to consider 2 scenarios:

1. the adapter no longer exists (which is what I have experienced)
2. the adapter still exists, but the model is no longer available under the given adapter

1. This will ask user to select an adapter if not found
2. If adapter is found but the model is no longer available, it defaults to adapter's default model
