Why the system prompt in Avante?

In the tools configuration we can set all the inputs and possible outputs from the tools in avante. Wouldn't it be possible to set the installed servers in it instead of using the system prompt to tell how to use them?

Having it in the system prompt basically generates a huge token usage on the first iteration already and I get to the 64k token limit from claude quite quickly.
