Next version

Hi guys,

I'm currently working on the next version of PDOPlusPlus, i was asked by many users:

• to remove the possibility to define and lock the type of data when creating an injector. It's not used and I must admit that even I don't use this feature in my developments
• to support natively the bigint data type even if PDO doesn't

Before releasing this major update, any other idea ?
