[kubectl-plugin] fix incorrect flag name in help message (#3875)

Should be `--head-node-selectors` instead of `--head-node-selector` and
`--worker-node-selectors` instead of `--worker-node-selector`.

We also remove the first equals `=` delimiter for readability.
