CLMM deposit succeeded but no position/NFT created — SOL stuck in PDAs

Hi Raydium team,

I’m experiencing a CLMM state issue.

I attempted to create a CLMM position (SOL/USDT) using Ledger.
The transaction is SUCCESS / FINALIZED, however:

• No position appears in Raydium (“My Positions” is empty)
• No CLMM position NFT was minted
• My SOL balance decreased
• The SOL is now held by Raydium program-derived accounts (PDAs)

The program returned success, but the CLMM position was never registered.

Could you please help investigate this state and advise how to:

• recover the SOL
  OR
• complete / close the CLMM position?

I understand this may require program-side intervention.
