Spotify-Logo with Loading

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately I have the problem that I could install everything.
However, it only shows the Spotify logo with loading.
Do I still need to add my generated app as a device in my Spotify account?
I have already restarted MagicMirror.
Or what is the problem?

Check your firewall or any network filtering.

I had this issue also. It was caused by the Pi-Hole blocking the connection to spotify for set up.

I disabled blocking on the Pi-Hole, this allowed the spotify app to connect and after that it can connect even while blocking is enabled.
