Order ID is not Unique

Updated from Razorpay 3.x to the latest 4.1.3 through the composer as per the instructions on github.

• razorpay/razorpay (2.9.0)
• razorpay/magento (4.1.3)

Module was working fine on older version. But Im facing multiple issues after upgrading -

• Admin pages always displays error on the top - "Warning: Undefined array key "rzp_webhook_data" in /home/574214.cloudwaysapps.com/jcbvptggzy/public_html/vendor/razorpay/magento/Model/System/Message/TableSetupNotification.php on line 97"
• Module configuration page in the backend is incomplete. Webhook field is missing?
• Unable to start payment page when placing order. On inspecting, the error is "Payment already made for order :"
• Log file also indicates the same error message.

Is upgrade from 3.x to 4.1.3 supported without uninstall? Is there anything specific, I need to do to do?

Hello @pratheekn91 ,
For point 1, it was found to be a bug and resolved in the latest release 4.1.4.
For point 2, the page is complete, the webhook is now configured automatically when you save the settings.
For point 3, unclear on why this is happening can you help with a stage site and also details on what additional changes made/third party plugins downloaded along with the Razorpay plugin.

@yashgit891 Regarding point 2 i saved backend configuration many times but i can't see an entry in table like below

@adarsh-ceymox you won't see an entry here, but when you will save the setting in the Razorpay merchant dashboard you will see that webhook is activated.
