Build Failed Error on Mac OS X Catalina

Hey guys,
a while ago I already tried out Ruby a bit and now I need it for my Computer Science Lecture. But when I tried installing the latest Version 2.7.1 I always get this error:

I already dealt with the files recommended by brew doctor and also reinstalled the Xcode tools using xcode-select --install

I'm a bit clueless right now maybe someone of you can help :D

Ok by reinstalling openssl I could already shorten the log. But I still get this error:

Will I need to run the rbenv install 2.7.1 as sudo?

That’s a very good question, one I need an answer to myself and will do what I can to find out and get back to you. Sorry I’m not of much help am pretty new myself
