Hi, the error message that catches my eye is "rbenv: not found", which would suggest that even though the rbenv-installer script was run, rbenv is still not present in your PATH. Why is that I do not know, since I don't have access to your container, but maybe you can add additional steps for debugging to see whether rbenv was really installed to /root/.rbenv/bin/rbenv.

It would have been helpful to have seen the output from the rbenv-installer step, but I guess Docker won't re-run that part now as it had succeeded and got cached in the past.
