User should be informed that Adaptive Card JSON was copied

Have a title attribute on the textarea to indicate and show a tooltip that clicking the textarea will copy the JSON currently.  Would be another improvement to display a tooltip when the JSON content is copied as a form of feedback to the user that it has been done.
