UX: User should be able to view live preview of rendered card while editing (even on mobile)

Put live preview not initially visible to give more space to editor in mobile, but having the live preview available while you edit it useful and provides immediate feedback.

Will explore different ways to do this with space constraints and virtual keyboard on mobile

Need to also think through the expansion to desktop view, where there is easily enough space to show live preview while editing. Mobile to Desktop layout should map naturally
